As a condition of continued licensure, the Administrator is mandated to complete the 40 Hour Recertification Program. It was formed as a joint venture by a husband and wife team experienced in the fields of: Mental Health Education, Health Care, Gerontology and Developmental Disabilities. Jim Morris graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Welfare from the California State University, Los Angeles. His expertise in the Mental Health field included ten years of experience as Director of Social Services and Consultant. He holds a Community College Instructor Credential for the State of California. Lelet Morris pursued a Bachelor of Arts Degree and completed a Master of Arts Degree in Special Education. She currently holds an Adult Education and Community College Instructor Credentials. Her professional experience involved working as an Instructor and Consultant. JMPM is an approved vendor by the Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division for the State of California, conducting the Initial 80 Hour Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly Administrator Certification Program and Continuing (Administrator C.E.U.) Education classes. Furthermore, JMPM is recognized and approved by the Department of Developmental Services, as Quality Assurance And Educational Consultants to various Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
